- For students grade 6-12, I attest that my student has the maturity and independence to ride the ferry with appropriate behavior and without adult supervision.
- I understand that if approved, this request for non-resident attendance will be valid for the approved school year only.
- I understand that VISD may revoke an approved non-resident request at any time if this application is found to be inaccurate, or if the student has problems with attendance, grades, discipline, or poses a risk of health or safety to other VISD students or staff.
